Welcome!
Welcome to the Westfield Athenaeum!
Our mission is to enrich the diverse community of Westfield by providing open access to educational, cultural, recreational and informational resources and programs.
Our staff is here to help you access our books, electronic resources, historical collections, and more. We also offer programming of all kinds for all ages.
You are welcome to get a library card for the Westfield Athenaeum free of charge to use our physical and electronic collections. In order to get a library card, we just need to see a photo ID with a current address, or an ID and a piece of mail with your current address. We are a member of the CW/MARS library network, and can also accept library cards from any library in our consortium. Click here to find out more information about how to get a library card.
